End-user license agreement

This connector is private software operated by Latinum Labs on behalf of Summer Associates Tax Services, for the bookkeeping work of that practice and its clients. It is not distributed, offered, or licensed to the public, and access is granted only to people Latinum Labs has authorized.

Permitted use

• Use is limited to the QuickBooks company files you are authorized to access, for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.
• You will not attempt to reach company files you have not been granted access to, interfere with the service, or use it to break any applicable law or your agreement with Intuit.
• Access may be withdrawn at any time, at Latinum Labs's discretion.

QuickBooks data

The connector reads and, where authorized, writes records in QuickBooks Online on your behalf, through Intuit's API and under the scope you approved. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your books and for reviewing any change made through it. Your agreement with Intuit governs the QuickBooks service itself.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The connector is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Latinum Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use, including lost profits or lost or inaccurate data.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above records the last revision. Continuing to use the connector after a change means accepting it.
