Disconnecting a QuickBooks company

A QuickBooks company can be disconnected from either end.

From the assistant

Ask it to disconnect the company. Its stored Intuit tokens are deleted and it stops appearing in the connected list.

From QuickBooks

Sign in to the QuickBooks company, open Apps → My Apps, and revoke this connector. Revoking at Intuit invalidates the tokens immediately, whether or not the assistant is reachable.

Either route ends this connector's access to that company. Removing the deployment on its own does not — grants live at Intuit, so revoke them there or through the assistant before tearing anything down.
